Dr. Helen MacLennan serves on the editorial review board for the Journal of Conflict Management and as a reviewer for the Transnational Journal of Business and the International Journal of Doctoral Studies. She served as a site evaluator for the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and has published research in the Journal of Conflict Management, International Journal of Doctoral Studies, Journal of Excellence in Business Education, Southeast Case Research Journal, and the Journal of Transportation Management. Dr. Helen MacLennan joined Lindsey Wilson College in January, 2023. She is an Associate Professor of Business and is serving as the inaugural dean of the School of Graduate Business and Technology. She earned her Ph.D. in Management from Sullivan University, Louisville, Kentucky and her M.B.A. from Marylhurst University.

Dr. Foley has taught a variety of courses in the Masters of Science in Technology Management program for the School of Graduate Business and Technology at Lindsey Wilson College. Her dissertation research focused on factors influencing the adoption of effective security measures in IoT devices, including wireless medical devices. Dr. Foley has over twenty five years experience within the Computer and IT industry. Dr. Foley enjoys researching various topics including quantum entanglement and cybersecurity issues. Hobbies include playing guitar, playing piano, crochet, fishing, gardening, singing in the choir at church, and assisting the elderly.

Dr. Woods is a Business graduate with a four year degree in (BSM) Business Management. He also possess a graduate degree in Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) plus a post graduate degree with his qualitative dissertation examining the Financial Impact of Division 1 Athletes and earned a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) all from the University of Idaho (UIdaho). Dr. Woods is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the School of Business and Communication at Lindsey Wilson College where he teaches MBA courses in Organizational Behavior, International Business and Organizational Communication. Currently, his post doctoral research centers on the disproportionate amount of African-American head coaches in the Division 1 college football and the National Football League (NFL).
